Refund and Returns

RETURN POLICY:

We prioritize a seamless transaction process, emphasizing our commitment to excellence in product delivery and quality. We uphold stringent standards and do not permit returns for products delivered in impeccable condition. For a comprehensive understanding, please review our Return Policy.

A product qualifies for return solely under the following circumstances:

  • Dispatch of an incorrect product or a mismatch with the selected item during order confirmation.
  • Identification of a quality or manufacturing defect in the received product.
  • Receipt of a damaged product. Please note: Refrain from accepting any package that shows signs of tampering or damage upon delivery.

To facilitate accurate and prompt processing of returns, kindly adhere to the accompanying guidelines.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (affixed to the package), invoice, and other included items.
  • The product should be in unused and original condition.
  • You have the option to return the product for a store credit or a refund, which will be processed within 7 days of our warehouse receiving the merchandise.
  • Prior to issuing a refund, we will conduct a thorough quality assessment of the returned product. Due to the unique nature of our products, we maintain the exclusive authority to determine the appropriate resolution for each situation. Each request for return or exchange will be individually evaluated, and we kindly ask you to reach out to our team for efficient resolution.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Refunds for returned merchandise will be initiated within 7 days of the item’s arrival at our warehouse. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the initial order placement.
  • For all other refund scenarios (excluding cash payments), the reimbursement will be conducted via the original payment mode utilized for the purchase. For instance, if a credit card was employed for the transaction, the refund amount will be credited back to the credit card. Online refund processes are generally completed within 7 business days. NEFT transactions may take approximately 5 days to fully process, but for Credit Cards, the refund will be reflected in the subsequent billing cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders once placed and processed will not be eligible for cancellation.
